					from Kandahar Nov 2, 2008 with asymmetric weapons load,

					aggressive port turn.  Aircraft rolled over, departed
					controlled flight, spun, crashed, and caught fire.  
					Wreckage recovered and shipped back to Creech AFB, NV.

				3169 451st AEG/62nd ERS crashed 6 mi S of Kandahar AB, Afghanistan
					Jun 12, 2008 due to loss of control.  Destroyed by friendly	
					fire.

					Jun 4, 2008 following uncommanded engine power changes immediately after
					takeoff.  Pilot attempted to return but on shutting down engine
					the prop would not feather, causing unexpected high rate of descent.
					Both occupants unhurt, but aircraft suffered Class A damage.  In 2010 was 
					at USAF Museum, WPAFB.
